Biscotti is a hearty Italian cookie, dense with toasted almonds and raisins. It stays fresh for weeks because it’s baked and then toasted. Great by itself or dunked in coffee or red wine. The wheat-free biscotti is made with oat flour and the classic biscotti, with unbleached white flour. Both are sweetened with organic brown rice syrup instead of sugar.
